Product Description

Product Specification :

An Oil Hand Pump is a manual suction and discharge device used to transfer oils, fuels, and non-corrosive liquids from one container to another (typically from a 205L drum to a smaller vessel). It eliminates the need to tip heavy barrels and provides a controlled flow for machinery refueling or oil changes.

1. Common Types

  • Rotary Vane Pump: Uses a hand crank to rotate vanes inside a chamber. Provides a continuous, high-volume flow. Ideal for low-to-medium viscosity oils.
  • Lever Action Pump: Uses a vertical pumping motion. Best for high-viscosity lubricants (up to SAE 90 or 140 gear oil).
  • Siphon Pump: A simple, lightweight plastic pump that uses a bellows or bulb to start a gravity-fed flow.
  • Vertical Piston Pump: A basic "up-and-down" plunger design, often used for smaller chemical or oil containers.
